BlueTechAcademy:
Training, research and industrial synergies
At Buffoli Industries we strongly believe that
technical education, advanced research and collaboration between schools and companies are the
foundations of sustainable industrial growth.
This philosophy has taken shape inside the BlueTechHub in Brescia, a technology center conceived not only as a place of innovation, but also as an open ecosystem dedicated to training, research and the creation of synergies.
Industrial Mechatronics course - ITS Machina Lonati
Within the BlueTechHub, Buffoli has established the
BlueTechAcademy, a space
where education meets industry. Here a didactic classroom has been set up to host lessons, workshops and company-driven training programs.
One of the most significant initiatives is the
Industrial Mechatronics course, promoted in partnership
with ITS Academy Machina Lonati and with the
support of leading global players such as ABB Robotics, ZEISS Group, Siemens and Bosch Rexroth, alongside the companies of the Buffoli network (Advanced Robotics, Electro Engineering, CloudBits, 3D Evolve and InterMach Service).
The course represents a model of technical education that integrates theory with intensive hands-on experience inside partner companies. Students are
trained directly on real industrial plants and advanced applications, from artificial intelligence to digital quality control, from augmented reality to collaborative robotics and predictive maintenance.
This approach allows them to develop not only
solid technical skills, but also a
true understanding of industrial processes and
innovation pathways.
BlueTechAcademy: a philosophy of knowledge sharing
For Buffoli, the
BlueTechAcademy is more than a training program: it is a philosophy of knowledge sharing, an
investment in future generations of technicians, and a way to
strengthen the link between education and business. By creating territorial ecosystems that connect schools, companies and innovation centers, Buffoli contributes to building employable skills, fostering industrial competitiveness and generating shared opportunities for growth.
In this vision, the
BlueTechHub is not just a technological hub: it is an
open place for training, research and collaboration, where new talents, companies and international partners come together to shape the future of automation, robotics and advanced mechatronics.
